We arrived earlier than the appointed time, and we were taken straight into the consulting room. The doctor performed the syringing, examined my son's nose, who is 2.7 years old, gave recommendations and drew up a treatment plan, as my son has grade 2 adenoids. A follow-up appointment was scheduled in a month.

We booked the child for an appointment with an ENT through the website at a discounted price. The clinic called back and offered another doctor, but at a higher cost. I refused, and they kept my original appointment with the first doctor. The appointment itself went well, no complaints about the ENT.

The clinic left an unpleasant impression. When I came to pay, the cashier quoted a different amount, even though I had booked through the website and had been called from this same clinic Ultraline and they confirmed that the time and the amount remained the same as at booking. To my bewilderment, they replied that the website dog does not manage to update the prices in time and the price changes every hour. This is the first time I have heard of such a thing, and I was unpleasantly surprised that they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes out of the blue. So I am warning you: this clinic is dishonest. I usually do not leave reviews, but I decided to write so that people know that they too could be deceived like this, and would be prepared for such a turn of events.
