I brought an examination by a phlebologist, hoping it would be compared with my problem, but I got no feedback. While we waited for the room to become free for the examination, the doctor sat on her phone, and then, in front of me, called potential clients. The doctor prescribed treatment, and I will follow all of it.

When you go to a doctor, you hope to get comprehensive information about your problem, but I came in with my information and left with it. I got no feedback on the phlebologist's examination I brought, no parallel was drawn with my problem. During my appointment time the doctor sat on her phone, and then, in front of me, called potential clients — to me that is extremely unprofessional. With that approach, I could have gone to a hospital for free with a referral. If the problem comes back, I will look for another specialist.

I had an appointment booked for 11.30, but I couldn't get in to be seen. I waited until 11.45, was about to go in, and the doctor started letting other people in. When I said what my time was and that I needed to be seen quickly, they said, "wait a moment, the queue has changed." After they went in, another person stood in the queue. As I didn't have time to wait more than another hour, I got my money back and went home.
Disliked
The doctor doesn't keep to the queue and sees just anyone. Even the admin staff said, "the queue is yours, you should go in." I didn't like the doctor's indifferent attitude.
