For me, the main thing in a medical worker is sensitivity and responsiveness. Sensitivity helps to understand another person and put yourself in their place, and responsiveness is the desire to support someone who needs help. It is precisely these qualities that I saw in Beibut Ualiyevich, in the staff of the surgical department of Polyclinic 9 and in the nurse Sholpan from the traumatology department, and for this I am grateful to them.
