We came to Viktoriya Aleksandrovna again, and the treatment helped us. The prescriptions were competent, nothing unnecessary among the medicines. When my little son was ill, the doctor guided us via WhatsApp, asked about his well-being and advised how best to do things. My little son is one year and 5 months old.

Once again I was convinced that this doctor is a gift from God: she will both calm you down and explain everything clearly. Most importantly, the treatment helped straight away — the result was visible from the first day. Thank you for your work and your attitude towards children. We will only go to Viktoriya Aleksandrovna, because I trust only her completely. Thank God I have found a competent doctor.

Today I had an appointment with the paediatrician Chen Viktoriya Aleksandrovna.

I want to thank this lovely, very competent and professionally educated woman. A doctor with such an attitude towards a patient is rarely encountered. The examination was very thorough, she immediately put me at ease, she wrote competent prescriptions and gave a lot of additional useful information. I am a mother of three children and I recommend an appointment with the paediatrician Chen Viktoriya Aleksandrovna to everyone.

The appointment went terribly, as did the service and the zhardem centre itself. I have my first child, but in the end I understand more than the doctor, even though he supposedly has 17 years of experience.

The doctor is terrible, the service is terrible, the zhardem centre is terrible. I know more than the doctor, even though I have my first child, and he supposedly has 17 years of experience — apparently, 17 years have simply passed since he got his diploma.

The appointment with the doctor took place, but the impression left was a heavy one.
Disliked
At the reception everything is done very slowly. The doctor does not know many things, and one gets the impression that the main goal is just to sell the services of her clinic. The doctor was in a hurry and said only elementary things. I had the feeling that I knew more than she did: I ask about certain things, and she does not know. 17 years of experience — yet it looks as if she simply sat out those years. Seriously, I do not recommend. A maximally clueless doctor, I am disappointed. That is why it is cheap, and all the appointments are empty!
