I arrived early for the appointment, but at the appointed time the doctor did not see me because she was busy with another patient.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor did not see me at the appointed time, and to my request to see us, since we are from out of town and had to catch a train, she replied that this was our problem. I also have a question about how appointments are organised: why set a time if it is not kept to. As a result, I wasted time on the journey and was left with an unpleasant impression; next time I will go to another specialist.
