I did not like the appointment with the doctor. As a therapist he is strong, but as a neurologist — no. The examination was superficial, my tests and MRI results were not looked at. The sign at the entrance to the office does not indicate that a neurologist sees patients here. No prescriptions were made for me, only acupuncture was prescribed. I underwent this procedure twice, but unfortunately it did not help me. When I asked to prescribe medications to relieve the inflammation and so that I could sleep, the doctor categorically refused, explaining that the medications would not help me. Throughout the entire clinic there is not a single notice that Chulenov K.Kh. is a neurologist.

I am dissatisfied with the appointment. The examination was superficial, the tests and MRI results were not looked at. On the sign at the office there is no inscription that a neurologist sees patients. No prescriptions were made, only acupuncture, which did not help me twice. In my request to prescribe medications to relieve inflammation and for sleep, the doctor categorically refused, saying that they would not help. And nowhere in the clinic is it indicated that Chulenov K.Kh. is a neurologist.

Doctor Chulenov K.Kh. is attentive and responsive, he explained everything to me clearly, and takes his work seriously.

I did not really like the clinic “MDS Service Plus”; I did not like that the entrance is through a pharmacy.
