We came with our son to see Dr Dikanova; the child was born premature. The appointment lasted about 40 minutes, everything was thorough: reflexes were checked, the doctor studied the discharge summary from the maternity hospital in detail, asked many questions and answered mine thoroughly. At the end, recommendations for care and prescriptions were given.

The doctor made an excellent impression. You can feel that she has extensive experience working with newborns. She left her personal phone number and said that in case of an urgent need I could safely call or text. I liked the doctor, we will come again.

Today my son and I came to the Semya clinic, where she holds appointments. We went in at 8:50 and came out at 8:57. She undressed my son, checked his reflexes and measured his head. She did all this in silence, without explanations, and I had to ask myself whether everything was all right.
Disliked
I did not get a clear answer to my questions about why the baby sleeps restlessly — she only said that it was not related to neurology and gave no recommendations. When I asked about what worried me in my baby, she answered only "he is healthy" and looked at me as if I should leave the office as quickly as possible — that simply threw me off balance. The visit to the neurologist was very important to me, because we had a difficult delivery. I understand that perhaps she is a professional and can tell at first glance whether a child is healthy or not, but one can somehow make contact with a parent, especially since this is my first baby, and I came for a paid examination for 7,000 tg. In general, I did not like her.
