We booked an abdominal ultrasound for our child. The website stated it was a paediatric ultrasound, but as it turned out, it was a urologist. I went to the reception, and there they seemed to answer me normally. The administrator said that this was a urologist. Then a woman came out of the office and started complaining: we don't have a paediatric one, who told you that, where did you book. She even said to me: "да вы вообще ұрсқақ келин екенсиз". I replied that she should not interfere in the conversation since I was talking to the administrator, and she declared that she was the one in charge here. And they said: go and write a review.

Terrible service from the administration. The website shows a paediatric ultrasound, but in reality it's a urologist. The woman from the office complained, said there was no paediatric ultrasound, asked who told me that and where I had booked, called me "ұрсқақ келин". When I asked her not to interfere in the conversation with the administrator, she replied that she was the one in charge here. And they also told me to go write a review. What kind of attitude towards clients is this, how can you treat people like that!
