I had a rare and very severe case: the placenta grew into the uterus along an old scar from my first caesarean. Many other doctors said that the uterus had to be removed, otherwise I could die from blood loss. Even an obstetrician-gynaecologist with many years of experience in delivering babies and performing caesareans would not have coped with such a problem.
This doctor is a person with a pure and kind heart. She did the simply impossible: she saved my life, my baby's life and preserved my organs. My family is sincerely grateful to her for this miracle that she performed in the operating theatre.
