The doctor received me well and conveyed the necessary information fully and clearly. He gave precise answers to all our questions. The quality of service is good, the doctor's attitude and explanations met our expectations. Overall the experience was pleasant.

It is unclear why the website offers a choice of time if they still see patients on a walk-in basis. It is good that I was lucky and there was only one person, but there are queues every day for the other doctors. Probably, integration needs to be done so that clinic administrators can see automatically or via SMS that a patient is booked.
