Disliked
We regretted going to this doctor. The doctor is very rude, did not listen to me. He gave an unreliable diagnosis, although all the diagnostics showed that the person was healthy. I do not recommend.

The appointment with this doctor took place, and based on its results I was given a diagnosis that still needs to be confirmed by taking a whole lot of tests.

I would not recommend this doctor: she does not listen to what she is told, we did not get any concrete, clear answers to our questions, she did not find any approach to the child at all and did not even examine him. In short, do not waste time and money on this doctor.

We went to this doctor for three years only on recommendation. The appointment each time lasts five minutes, although we wait for an hour, and we are never seen on time. The doctor does not talk, just silently types, then hands over a piece of paper. We had to pay 10000 tenge for the appointment.
Disliked
We very much regret that we went for so many years. The doctor does not talk at all, to any question she answers “I don't know!” or “TRY IT!”. Rude, nervous, does not talk to the child. The child is like a guinea pig, being switched from one medication to another. When I asked about disability, the doctor said it was too early, or “TRY IT, if it works out”. She does not answer the phone at all, like a minister. At the reception they are afraid of her, you cannot ask anything. It is simply fleecing money. My son is angry every time after the appointment. We will have to change the doctor.

When you come in, the place where she is supposed to sit is 10 metres from the door. During the whole consultation she only typed and did not really explain anything to me. Even at a polyclinic the attitude is better. The money was thrown away for nothing.

I had to go to this doctor and pay 10 thousand. I do not understand why they refer patients from a state polyclinic to private specialists. The doctor referred me for a night EEG, although for our diagnosis it is not mandatory.

The doctor is very rude. She did not warn that sleep deprivation is needed before the EEG. Because of this, the tests came out incorrect, and it is expensive to undergo the examination again, and now they will not give a referral.
