We booked an appointment with the doctor for 17.00, but when we arrived, we were told it would be a live queue. There were 4 people ahead of us, and each appointment was 20 minutes. I asked the doctor to speed up the appointment, but he replied that he had a 20-minute regulation. In the end, we couldn't wait 1.5 hours and left.

The attitude towards patients at the clinic is terrible. We booked for 17.00, but in the end it was a live queue. There were 4 people ahead of us, each appointment 20 minutes, the doctor didn't speed up the appointment, citing the regulation. Wasted time, we couldn't wait 1.5 hours, we left, complete disappointment. Also, there are only 2 chairs in the corridor for the whole corridor, where to wait is unclear.
