We came with my daughter early, and entered the clinic at the same time as the doctor. We said hello, but in response — silence. The doctor conducted the appointment very haughtily, spoke monotonously, and answered our questions lazily. He performed the OGD procedure. We asked for a recording on a disc, he said that he had not recorded it and that we should have asked for this in advance.
Disliked
It is beyond comprehension how such a service can even exist. After all, this is important, OGD is not done every day, such results should be issued automatically on electronic media so that later one could look at the dynamics. In short, we regretted bringing the child specifically to him, a complete mess.

I had an OGD, the procedure was done in the morning at 9:00. Previously I had an OGD in another clinic, and back then I felt no pain. I came to this clinic because of the positive reviews.

The OGD was painful: even now, and it is 21:00 in the evening, I feel pain when swallowing in the throat area. I will not come to this clinic again.
