The appointment was scheduled for 13:30, but the doctor did not come out. I asked the administrator several times how much longer to wait, and in response I only heard "we are checking with the doctor", although there were no attempts to check anything. When I asked for the third time, it was already 13:35, the administrator said that the doctor claims the appointment was at 14:00, and tried to convince me of this. In the end, the appointment never happened, I turned around and left.

What outraged me most was that payment is taken before the service is provided — you barely walk in and they immediately demand payment. This is the first time I have encountered this. And the appointment itself did not take place: I waited, but never received a clear answer about the time.
