I booked an ultrasound through the app, came for the appointment, and in fact paid more than was stated. At the same time, a week earlier I had already had the same ultrasound at another clinic and there I paid exactly the amount I saw on the website.
Disliked
I didn't like that the app shows one price, but in reality they charge more. To my question they replied that my term is long, so the amount is higher. The logic is unclear to me. The impression is awful. Better to book directly at the clinic, find out the price straight away and not end up paying a different amount.

We never got to the appointment. The doctor's profile stated that he performs paediatric ultrasound, but at reception I was told that this doctor does not perform paediatric ultrasound. An abdominal ultrasound on an empty stomach was planned, the child was hungry, and I had to look for another doctor at other clinics on the spot.

What struck me most unpleasantly was the doctor's appearance — the coat was dirty. For a medical worker this is very important. Besides, the communication was rude, there was no tact on the doctor's part. It was uncomfortable to be at the appointment, so I decided to leave earlier, despite the fact that the payment had already been made. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service and how patients are treated here.
