The doctor impressed us very much — with his kindness, joy and positive attitude. He immediately put us at ease, answered all our questions and assured us that everything would be fine, and for a patient that is very important. In my opinion, a doctor should be not only an excellent specialist and professional, but also a person with whom you can talk not only about medicine, but also about psychological or everyday matters. This doctor managed to create exactly such an atmosphere, where you feel calm and confident. I would separately note that he did not prescribe unnecessary tests, only the most essential ones, briefly and to the point. This shows that he respects patients' time and resources.
