• What issues I work with:
• Finding oneself and gaining confidence (working with self-esteem, impostor syndrome, lack of confidence in one's abilities). Finding support in times of crisis (support during divorce, separation, job loss or a change of life path). Building personal boundaries (the ability to say "no" without feeling guilty, protecting one's space, leaving codependent relationships).
• Difficult relationships with a partner (misunderstanding, frequent conflicts, emotional distancing, marital crises). Recurring scenarios in life (why I choose the "wrong" partners, why situations repeat in a cycle). Child-parent relationships (difficulties in communicating with adult parents or difficulties in raising one's own children).
• Emotional states:
• Working with anxiety and fears (constant worry, fear of the future, perfectionism). Prevention and overcoming of burnout (chronic fatigue, loss of motivation at work or in business, the state of "I don't want anything").
• Special formats:
• Individual consultation using MAK (metaphorical associative cards) — an excellent way to gently bypass psychological defences and quickly find answers in the subconscious.
• Session duration: 1 hour.
• Everything you discuss during consultations is strictly confidential!
• In my practice I use an integrative approach. This means that I do not limit myself to one modality, but carefully select tools for each client's individual request. In my work I rely on proven and scientifically evidenced methods:
• Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT): helps to gently explore and change negative thoughts, attitudes and habits that prevent you from living a full life and cause anxiety.
• Transactional analysis (TA): provides an opportunity to deeply understand the scenarios of your life, to grasp the hidden causes of conflicts in relationships with loved ones, partners or colleagues, and to learn to communicate from a confident adult position.
• This synthesis of techniques allows one to gently bypass psychological defences, find the true causes of difficulties and softly transform them into a lasting result.
• Main formats of work:
• Individual consultation with a psychologist (online / offline) — a classic format for working through personal requests. Initial diagnostic session — getting acquainted, analysing the request, drawing up a plan for further work
