The doctor didn't even examine the sore behind my ear — he just sat there the whole time. He didn't ask anything: what to do, where this sore came from, what caused it. I asked the questions myself, and he answered them very briefly. Then I wrote to him on WhatsApp with one last question, and he didn't reply.

We came for an appointment with a 14-year-old child who has acne on his face. The doctor immediately suggested taking Acutan tablets. There was also a wart on his hand, and it was cauterised straight away.

After cauterisation the wart did not go away, and a month later it became even bigger.

We went to the doctor because of a growth on the lips, to find out what it was. The doctor examined the growth and said it could easily be removed with nitrogen. We paid extra for the procedure, the doctor performed it — it looked like cauterisation with nitrogen — and said that in 2 weeks the growth would fall off. He also said to come back in 2 weeks for a follow-up.

In the end all the skin that was cauterised fell off, but the growth remained exactly as it was. I think there is no point in going to this doctor again. Time and money wasted. 👎

I came for an appointment because of hair loss. The appointment lasted about 5 minutes. When the doctor heard about my long-standing thyroid problems, he immediately sent me for tests costing 50k and for an ultrasound. He quickly typed up the history, in which he stated that I had no various complaints, although in fact he did not ask any of those questions. He only examined the scalp after my request; before that he considered there was no need for it.

I was left with a feeling that this 5-minute appointment was pointless. Which tests to take — even the internet would have told me for free.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, I was sent for tests that can be done right there with them, for 25 thousand tenge, but I did not have such a sum at that moment. A cream was prescribed and I was told that after the test results I needed to write, and then they would decide whether an antibiotic was needed or not. I only had a CBC done, I could not have the other tests done. The doctor replied that, sorry, he could not help in any way since the tests had not been done. That was where it all ended.

I did not like the doctor, he left us halfway. Why I went is unclear. Previously I saw another dermatologist, Sabadasheva, and there they made the diagnosis and cured me without unnecessary tests. And come here only if you have topped up your pocket by at least 50 thousand right away. My child is 3 years old, a normal recommendation could have been given, not all patients have piles of money.
