I did not like that I was called half an hour before the appointed time, even though the appointment was booked through the website. Why call? I was on my way to the doctor with a hearing problem, and I was also driving, so answering the call was inconvenient. Better to send text messages if you can't wait.

My child was at an appointment with the ENT doctor Grebnev Vladimir Mikhailovich — my daughter Tomiris, she is 16 years old. From the very beginning the doctor showed himself as a very tactful, benevolent and attentive specialist: he listened to all the complaints, conducted a thorough examination, correctly made the diagnosis and explained in detail the causes of the disease.

Today I was at an appointment with Doctor Grebnev. He conducted a professional examination, asked additional clarifying questions about the symptoms, explained how to undergo treatment and what dosages, and wrote out a referral. He also briefly told me about the prevention of the disease and about what could happen if the prescribed treatment is not followed.

The office is clean and cosy. The doctor is emotionally balanced, neat in appearance, and in communication one feels many years of experience and human goodwill. I definitely recommend consulting him if painful symptoms appear.
Disliked
I do not recommend the ENT doctor from polyclinic No. 5. I went there myself and wasted time, and could have lost my health too. Free medicine is a human stream in which there is no quality of services and no individual approach.
