Disliked
The doctor greeted me not very pleasantly: she reproached us for being late and said that her last appointment was at 13.00. This unpleasant incident erased all impression of the appointment.

I booked online for 16.00, came to the appointment, but the doctor was delayed and arrived late. In the office I was told that without a receipt they do not let you in for the appointment, although payment was to be made after the visit.

The doctor was late and arrived at the wrong time. She insulted me. When I arrived, it turned out that online bookings are only allowed from 17.00, although the appointment was for 16.00. They also said to pay after the visit, but when I entered the office, the doctor started complaining that without a receipt they do not let you in for the appointment.
