The appointment with the doctor took place, and I was left with a good impression of the consultation itself. We booked through the Doki website and entered all the child's details in advance, but at the reception desk at the EMIRMED clinic on Sauran they had to be entered again, and that took time. Although the appointment was for a specific time, patients were seen in a walk-in queue, and we waited about two hours. The child needed urgent help — a five-month-old baby had fallen and been injured.
The doctor is a true professional, I give him a high rating, everything was good at the appointment. I have no complaints about the booking website itself, it works fine.
At the EMIRMED clinic on Sauran there were serious inconveniences: the details we had filled in in advance through the Doki website had to be entered again at the reception desk, which made us lose time. Despite the appointment being for a specific time, patients were seen in a walk-in queue, and we had to wait about two hours, even though the child had an injury — a five-month-old baby had fallen and help was needed urgently. Such an attitude to booking and the waiting in an emergency situation left an unpleasant impression. The organisation of appointments at the clinic needs improvement.
