I was treated at City Hospital #2 in Astana, and this person was my attending physician.
This doctor is an unpleasant person: he does not know how to talk to me, he is rude and behaves as if I owe him something. Perhaps this attitude was because I was not being treated on a paid basis. And in the next ward there was a Turkish citizen on a paid basis, and the attitude towards him was completely different.

On 01.06.2020 I came for an appointment with the traumatologist Ospanuly Medet in room 134 at GP10 in the city of Nur-Sultan. I belong to this polyclinic by registration, but the doctor refused to see me. He did not even look at my leg and referred me to Traumatology. I showed the X-ray and asked for a conclusion, but he did not give one. In the end he wrote the name of an ointment on a sticky note, and crumpled up my referral from the therapist and threw it in the bin.
