  Patient story

  I was at an appointment with Batyrzhan Sabyrkhanuly, he conducted an examination, performed an ultrasound and ordered tests. The doctor clearly explained to me what was happening with me, and during the treatment he stayed in touch.

  I liked that the doctor explained everything clearly and stayed in touch during the treatment. Besides, thanks to him I developed a habit of drinking a normal amount of water, and overall my well-being became better than even before the acute illness. He also identified chronic conditions that need to be monitored, and I will be followed up by this doctor.

  Patient story

  The appointment took place, and I can say that I ended up with a truly good doctor — this review is not fake. Everything was explained to me in detail, and an ultrasound could be done on site. I was only prescribed treatment, so I cannot yet write about its effectiveness.

  The appointment took place as part of consultations, for now this is only the beginning. After the tests are done, it will be clearer.

  I was treated politely, everything was explained in detail. The beginning is important, because many people end their journey right there, disappointed by the appointment. The medical centre itself has a convenient location, it's clean, with good organisation of appointments and consultations.
