I came for an appointment, but instead of a booking there was a live queue, and the doctor was in no hurry.
The doctor didn't try to find out more about my condition, didn't explain the diagnosis, but simply ordered a lot of tests, a CT scan and a chest X-ray. When I pointed out that this list could be avoided, he said to at least have the cheapest one — the CT scan. The visit turned out to be useless.

I came for an appointment at a discount. The doctor ordered a whole bunch of blood tests for everything under the sun, but didn't really explain anything about my questions.
They didn't even tell me whether my mole was dangerous or not. They didn't give me any advice about the cosmetics I use either — they said they didn't know. For my cracked lips they gave no recommendations apart from vitamins. They just prescribed a ton of blood tests and basically brushed me off. I understand that I got a discounted appointment, but I think every patient should be treated equally regardless of the cost of the appointment. I wrote anonymously because I knew that otherwise they would pester me. In the end, the clinic dug up my number and started calling. When I asked how they figured out who wrote the review if it was anonymous, they said it was from the time of the appointment and other information. I'm lowering my rating now not because of the doctor, but because of the brazen clinic that doesn't understand what confidentiality and anonymity mean.
