I came for an appointment to have an IUD fitted, I specifically came for this, although I could have gone to a polyclinic. After giving birth I have no periods. The doctor said that because of this she would not fit it and sent me to the polyclinic. I said that I had paid for the appointment and came here, why would I need the polyclinic. At the exit the doctor asked whether I had money to pay for the IUD, and suggested I come then, and she would fit it.

The doctor did not even want to get up from her seat. She is rude and even tells me what to do. She said she would not fit the IUD because there are no periods, and sent me to the polyclinic. She could have said about the payment for the IUD right away, and not at the end.
