We went in straight away without standing in a queue, everything is well organised.

I was pleased with being seen without waiting and with the good organisation.
Disliked
I did not like the doctor. Firstly, since she does not know Kazakh properly, she could not explain anything. Secondly, even though we brought an ultrasound, she could not say what specific defect there is in the heart, she only swapped and prescribed two medications. Thirdly, she showed me no warmth at all.
