I had a complex operation on both kidneys: stones were removed and a stent was placed. The operation was performed by the head of the urology department, Iskakov Yerbol Amangeldinovich, and everything went successfully.

I had an appointment with Erbol Amangeldinovich, he is a urologist. Before that I had been to many urologists in Astana and realised that a rating and an academic degree do not yet mean that the doctor will help you and figure out what is causing the disease.

Erbol Amangeldinovich looked at all my tests, explained everything to me in accessible language, without medical terms. He did not criticise the treatment and recommendations of his colleagues. He talked with me, calmed me down, and that is a great rarity nowadays. I am very pleased with the consultation and with the NNMC.
