I booked an appointment through the app. At the reception desk I was told that I wouldn't get in exactly on time because there would be a couple of people in the walk-in queue. That's exactly what happened — I waited more than 30 minutes.

But what I always dislike about Emir Med clinics is that they push useless tests. At the same time, I suspect that the doctor generally understands the final diagnosis, but for some reason they don't care that I will have to fork out a lot of money. It's probably their strategy: lure you in with the price of the appointment, and then make you pay up.

I came for an appointment with the doctor and waited more than an hour. The appointment lasted a long time because the clinic has no nurse or assistant for the doctor. The appointment itself was about nothing.
Disliked
I was given a referral for a hormone test that made no sense to take, and I wasted money at the clinic. There is no interest in people: I came with a question and left without an answer. I wish I hadn't come.

The appointment with the gynaecologist seemed to go well. The doctor said we would stay in touch and gave me her WhatsApp. I wrote to her when the test results came in, thinking I would get a consultation on the results and maybe something would be prescribed.
Disliked
But she doesn't answer me. I spent 60,000 tenge on all the examinations, and never got the consultation.
