I was told I would have to wait about 10-15 minutes. In reality, I waited 40 minutes while the patient before me was seen, and then another 80 minutes before I could go in. I showed the referral and pointed out that a FibroScan with the CAP function was needed, but neither the reception staff nor the doctor said anything.
Disliked
Elastometry without CAP is not needed by an endocrinologist. Money and time wasted.

I booked an appointment with the doctor for 11:30, but only got in to see him at 13:00. It also turned out that this doctor does not have a FibroScan, and I was rebooked with another one.
Disliked
Booking is pointless: I waited an hour and a half. The doctor did not have a FibroScan, and I had to rebook with another one. The clinic needs to change the person in charge of management and optimise the process. It is simply awful. I will not go to this clinic again. People go to a private clinic so they do not have to stand in queues.
