I came for the appointment, as advised, on time, but first stood in a queue for an hour — first at reception, then at the cash desk. I was booked for a time, but in fact it was a walk-in queue. I liked the doctor: during the ultrasound she commented on everything.

Terrible! They advise coming on time, but I stood in a queue for an hour — first at reception, then at the cash desk. Why not combine them? They cannot work quickly: 10 people stood for half an hour. For our money they fray our nerves. No cloakroom, no mirror — it is winter, after all! Why book for a time if it is a walk-in queue! I do not recommend the clinic.
