I booked through the admin for the evening of 06.06.23, but I was told that the earliest available was only 07.06 at 12:00. So I went on the website and booked online myself with Raikhan Baglanbayevna for 17:00 — there was only one slot available, even though the admins said there was no appointment. Then they called me, clarified which service was needed (I only had a gynaecologist consultation, without an ultrasound), and said that if it was without an ultrasound, I could come at 17:30. I came. Since it was my first time seeing this doctor, I didn't know her by sight. I was invited in, and only afterwards did I find out that I was seen by a completely different doctor, even though I hadn't been warned about this. I wrote to them on WhatsApp, they make excuses that Raikhan Baglanbayevna's appointments were fully booked. I also had a swab taken for sterility, and the worst thing is — the doctor told me the test results of a completely different patient (I saw this later on the sheet, when I had already left). Then 15 minutes later, when I came back, no one even apologised! As if nothing had happened, they looked at it as an everyday matter!

Terrible clinic! The appointment made through the administrator did not match the online booking, even though there was a slot on the website. I was seen by a completely different doctor, even though I had booked with Raikhan Baglanbayevna and no one warned me about it. On WhatsApp they make excuses that the schedule was full. The doctor told me the test results of another patient; I saw this on the sheet after I had already left. When I came back 15 minutes later, no one even apologised, they treated it as a routine matter!
