I searched for a specialist for a long time and carefully, paying attention to good reviews. This psychologist was the first in my experience, and the appointment went badly. My time was rescheduled twice. During the session the psychologist sat and yawned, which made me feel that I was not with a specialist and that I was not being listened to at all. I tried to express all my pains, but she seemed not to understand me and immediately moved on to practice, which frightened me even more. She talked a lot and incomprehensibly, with many obvious filler words. In advance I had asked whether payment in instalments was possible, since the service is not cheap, and I was assured that all payment methods were available for clients' convenience. At the end she said it was only by bank transfer and cash, and this put me in an awkward position.

I did not like that the appointment time was moved twice. The psychologist yawned throughout the session, and I had a feeling that I was not being listened to. She did not understand my pain and immediately moved on to practice, which scared me off. She talked a lot and incomprehensibly, with many obvious filler words. It was also unpleasant that I was told one thing about paying in instalments, but at the end it turned out that only bank transfer and cash were possible, which put me in an awkward position. I consider this specialist incompetent and very strange. I regret the wasted time and money.
