Patient story
I came to the appointment and told him where it hurt. The doctor did not examine me, he just prescribed pills and an ointment. I even said that a crunch could be felt with the hands, but he was in a hurry somewhere: in 3 minutes he wrote out a prescription and that was it.
Disliked
I only wasted time and money. The doctor did not examine me, although I told him about the crunch that can be felt with the hands. He was in a hurry, in 3 minutes he wrote out a prescription. Any nurse could have done that.

I spent a long time choosing a doctor, the appointment took place in an ordinary medical centre, the building was average. I was left with mixed feelings about the visit. The doctor did not make a diagnosis and referred me for an MRI. I think that with such experience he could have at least made a preliminary diagnosis. As for the treatment, I also had to drag everything out of him with questions — I asked whether this or that treatment was possible, and only that way did I get answers. In the end it was as if I had gone to a state polyclinic to see the doctor on duty. I left without understanding what was wrong with my knee and what to do next.

Among the pluses — Raimagambetov Ye.K. spoke well of him. For me Yerik Kanatovich is a pro when it comes to knees, it is just that at that time he was fully booked. But, unlike Kaniyev, he clearly and visually showed me where the problem in the knee was, and prescribed treatment, although Kaniyev's examination cost more.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor did not make a diagnosis and referred me for an MRI. I think that with such experience he could have made a preliminary diagnosis. As for the treatment too — I was the one asking more whether this or that treatment was possible, pulling words out of him. In general, it was as if I had gone to a state polyclinic to see the doctor on duty. I left without understanding what was wrong with my knee and what to do next.

I was prescribed an MRI, but the doctor did not perform an examination.
Disliked
I think it is wrong to work like this: they send you for an MRI without an examination. If I were hired as an orthopaedic traumatologist, I would also send everyone for an MRI without an examination.
