I came for the appointment together with my mother. The doctor listened to me to the end, made a prescription for the problem we came with. When we had already reached the reception desk, the doctor asked us to return the prescription and made some additions to it. She also saw me and gave me some suggestions, paid attention to me.

I really liked the attention: she listened to everything to the end, the prescription seemed right specifically for our problem. Even after we went to the reception desk, the doctor did not remain indifferent — she asked us to return the prescription, added something to it, that is, she cared what prescription we would leave with and what we would be taking. She also thought about how the patient would feel afterwards. I consider this a very good attitude towards clients and a professional approach. Everything suited me, I am very happy. The doctor made a good impression, I liked her attentiveness. With other specialists the appointment was more like a data dump, whereas here I did most of the talking, and the doctor immediately started a card. At follow-up appointments Alima Ademovna, relying on her notes, asked questions herself — that is, she remembered me, and that was very pleasant. Although the medical centre itself is a bit old and the furniture is worn, the doctor softened the whole environment with her appointment.
