I booked an appointment with a surgeon for 6 o'clock, I thought I would get a quick consultation. But it turned out that they have a walk-in queue, and I waited more than 45 minutes. In the end I never got to see him. At the reception desk I was sent to another surgeon, but the joy lasted exactly 2 minutes — it turned out I had been sent to a urologist.
