I came to see Perizat Karimzhanovna for the first time. My 9-year-old daughter had a fever, and the doctor made the correct diagnosis and prescribed treatment. Right after the appointment my daughter was sent for a drip in the treatment room. The doctor was in touch and online.

The doctor is very polite, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. She calmed me down when I was already in a panic. I am grateful for the feedback and especially for immediately sending my daughter for a drip. The treatment helped: my daughter's fever went down the very next day, although this Hong Kong virus exhausted us. We go to the Lyutsem clinic often, the staff are polite, the clinic is spacious and comfortable.
