I had an appointment booked for 7 in the evening; at reception they didn't really explain anything to me and told me to go to room 306, even though the doctor was seeing patients in 304. I sat in the queue for more than 30 minutes, went in, explained the reason for my visit, the doctor carried out an examination, but didn't really answer my questions. I was referred for an ultrasound; to get to it, you have to go down to the ground floor to the cash desk again, without this the doctor won't see you. After the ultrasound I returned to the doctor, and instead of a comprehensive answer to my questions she said that I needed to have one more test and go down to the ground floor to the cash desk. When I asked her to explain the reason for my visit, the doctor smiled and said we'll sort it out. In total I paid 17,000 tenge for everything, but I didn't get an answer or a solution to my health problem.

The clinic is awful. At reception the girls didn't explain anything properly and sent me to the wrong room. I sat in the queue for more than 30 minutes. The doctor didn't really answer my questions; instead of a thorough answer she sent me for yet another test and back to the cash desk. When I asked her to explain the reason for my visit, she just smiled and said we would sort it out. I paid 17,000 tenge, but got neither an answer nor a solution to my health problem.
