Yesterday we had an appointment with the traumatologist Karibayev Sanzhar at 19.00; the appointment was for a child. We entered the clinic at 19.01. We were told to wait because there was a patient in the doctor's office. We sat and waited, and at 19.20 I did look into the office, since it is very hard for a child to wait, and asked how much longer we would have to wait. To this the doctor replied that we were 5 minutes late and he had seen another patient who had no appointment. But we were not late: we approached the reception desk at 19.01, this can be seen on the cameras.

This is very unprofessional! We booked specifically because a child cannot wait long, very unpleasant! If we had been even a little late, that would be another matter! We were left with an unpleasant impression of the clinic and the doctor!
