I came with a two-year-old child for a sprain, and the doctor applied a cast. Later we saw another trauma specialist at a different hospital, and there everything was done properly.
Disliked
The cast was unnecessary, it was applied only so they would be paid more. The cast was still the old-fashioned kind, heavy, weighing about three kilograms. For a sprain and with the child only two years old. There are analogues for foot fixation, lighter casts and so on.
