They called me back and asked for the personal number of the doctor who examined me that day. I was surprised when I was told that doctors' numbers are not given out. Usually numbers of the attending doctor are left in the records, all clinics have business cards with numbers, but here it is simply terrible.

My condition worsened, I just wanted to get some feedback, but I was not given any. Now I don't understand how to get treatment with them and where to turn. The question is whether it is even worth going to them again. There is no accountability in this clinic.
