We had travelled to Astana. Two or three days later my daughter's ear started hurting, and I took her to the Dostarmed clinic located on Kunayev Street. There we were seen by the ENT doctor Kasymzhanova Asyl Yesdauletkyzy.

The doctor turned out to be a wonderful person, highly qualified, deeply humane, able to connect with a child. She prescribed the right treatment for my daughter and explained how to continue it at home. When we came for a follow-up check, she welcomed us like her own family, wished us that our child would not fall ill, and saw us off. My gratitude to this doctor is boundless.

I took my younger son to the doctor. He examined his ear, made a diagnosis, took the series from his embrace and prescribed medication. I also had my older son seen: he cleaned his nose, took the series from his embrace and examined his ear with a camera.

I paid an additional 3000 tg for taking the series and administering the medication, this was separate from the appointment fee of 12000 tg. But when I had my older son seen, we paid the general appointment fee.
