The appointment was for the removal of papillomas caused by HPV. After subcutaneous administration of lidocaine, they immediately proceeded to laser correction without waiting for the drug to take effect and numb the area. The child was stressed.

During the treatment of papillomas caused by HPV, Aciclovir — a drug against herpes viruses — was prescribed without justification, and I do not understand why. After subcutaneous lidocaine, they did not wait for it to take effect and numb the area, but immediately began laser correction. The child was stressed, I am in shock. I will not come again and will not recommend it. There is a concept of ethics and emotional intelligence: while the child was crying, the doctor kept repeating "well it doesn't hurt, well why are you crying, well it doesn't hurt at all". I am in complete disappointment.
