The appointment took place, but I was left with the impression that the doctor did not really explain anything and simply referred me for additional tests.

I give 3 stars. When we called the reception, the cost of the test was quoted at around 1,000 tenge, but in reality it turned out to be up to 60,000 tenge. It is very unpleasant to receive inaccurate information over the phone. I would like more transparency and proper information for patients.
