I was given an appointment time for 13:00, but the doctor never turned up. He doesn't answer calls, doesn't read messages. The clinic's reception is also unreachable, and there was no one in the building except the hairdressers. I specifically set aside time, go through all the tests, have an MRI scan, and the doctor simply ignores it.
