I was left dissatisfied: there are no special devices, for example a plantoscope, the examination was purely visual. I thought there would be a separate orthopaedist's office, but in fact I had to go into a gynaecologist's office. This attitude is either the clinic's or the doctor's own: there is no dedicated office.

Hello. Our child had torticollis from birth. We saw an orthopaedist for a while. He said to come back at age 3. When the child was over 3, we went to this doctor. He made the diagnosis precisely and said that we were late and that urgent surgery was needed; he didn't say anything unnecessary — he examined, understood, and explained. We had the surgery under a quota within 1 week.
