Alena Vladimirovna is a doctor sent from heaven, a true professional. She does not miss a single symptom, even one that could easily be overlooked: slight facial swelling, low mood, trembling hands — she notices everything. She senses when a patient is holding something back and draws it out, listens, prescribes the necessary tests, and then the treatment. She explains the diagnosis, the treatment method and the prescribed medications clearly and in detail. Her treatment is effective: all the ailments I came to her with have been cured with her help. After the state polyclinic, my mother is simply in love with Alena Vladimirovna and calmly undergoes follow-up and treatment with her.

I came to see the physician Kirzo A.V., and she prescribed me expensive antiviral drugs, told me to have a blood test and promised that if the result turned out to be bad, she would definitely call. I was already glad that I had found a competent doctor, but that was not to be. Four days later, on Monday, I come in, and she declares that the blood is not good and I need to take antibiotics, even though at the previous appointment she had said no antibiotics, it's a virus. Now it's the opposite. I ask where the call to the patient and the adjustment of treatment are, and she replies that the miracle antiviral drugs should not be taken, I don't need them. It also turns out that I really am ill, and if I want to get better, I need to see an ENT specialist. I say that your own ENT specialist is the one who sent me to you, and she declares that she has already taken on unnecessary responsibility for me. And on top of that she charged me 8000 for the appointment.

I did not like that the doctor first prescribed expensive antiviral drugs and told me to have a blood test, promised to call if the result was bad, but did not call and did not adjust the treatment. Then at an appointment 4 days later she changed the prescription to antibiotics, although earlier she assured me that antibiotics were not needed because I had a virus. To my questions about the miracle antiviral drugs she replied that they should not be taken. She also said that I was really ill and needed to see an ENT specialist, and when I reminded her that the ENT specialist had referred me to her, she stated that she had taken on unnecessary responsibility for me. And I was charged 8000 for the appointment. All in all, so much for your super clinic.

I have been going to Alyona Vladimirovna Kirzo for 7 years now. She is a doctor from God, a specialist in her field. She makes an accurate diagnosis, but still insists on tests: until they are done, she does not give a prescription.
