The appointment with the doctor took place, but I never received any help. The doctor diagnosed remission of erysipelas and said it would soon go away on its own. I wasn't prescribed any treatment as such.

The doctor didn't help me. No treatment was prescribed, they just said it would go away on its own. It has already been 3 months since the appointment, and I am still undergoing treatment that was prescribed by another doctor.

I booked through doq.kz for an incision of a panaritium, the price was stated as 8,500 tenge. I came to the appointment, the doctor examined me and said that no intervention was needed, so the service was never provided to me.

At payment I was billed 12,000 tenge for the doctor's appointment, although nothing about this was said when booking. I believe that the cost of services is displayed incorrectly, and this misleads patients.
