I was dissatisfied with the result. I was prescribed suppositories, but they did not tell me how they work. It turned out that they only relieve pain and do not treat the problem itself. If I had known this right away, I would not have agreed to such a prescription. I needed treatment, not just pain relief. The appointment was expensive, and I expected much more from it.

Today we came with our child to Doctor Berik Bakhytovich. Before that we had been to 3 doctors with excellent reviews, and they helped us, but the appointment always took place in a hurry. Berik Bakhytovich met us in the corridor, talked with the child, invited us into the office, conducted an examination and again directed all his attention to the child — my son began to smile and forgot about fear. Then, without hurrying anywhere, without talking on the phone, as usually happened with other doctors, he explained everything thoroughly, showed us clearly, gave recommendations, and we went home in a good mood.

Berik Bakhytovich is completely different: he met us in the corridor, talked with the child, was in no hurry, was not distracted by the phone, explained everything in detail and showed us clearly, gave his recommendations. My son began to smile and forgot about fear. For me a doctor is not a job, but a calling. A huge thank you that you exist and help little people who need your help and simply basic attention and empathy.
