This is a doctor who knows their craft, a competent specialist. Nowadays you rarely meet doctors who explain and clarify why the illness arose — usually they silently write out a prescription, and that's it. But this doctor explained everything to me, as if I had attended a lecture on the structure and interconnection of the ear, throat and nose. This is simply super useful information.
