I booked an appointment in advance and arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, but I never got to see the doctor — in the end I waited 40 minutes, and the appointment did not take place.
Disliked
Such an attitude is unacceptable: I waited 40 minutes, even though I arrived early, and the next visitor had already arrived. This is a dismissive attitude, because of which I lost time and ruined my mood.
